Return and Refund Policy

Your opinion and satisfaction matters. If your item doesn’t fit, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. For items that arrive damaged, returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery.

To process a return or exchange:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
• Email info@tempo-radas.com and include: date of purchase, item in question, reason for return/exchange, and how you'd like to resolve matters
• A return label will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
